This was my debut collection with M4D3.  The main goal was to create a signature look for the brand and make sure to maintain that brand identity in future collections.  The most successful style for the brand at the time was the Super sneaker which was a white bottom molded outsole with a welt.  There were so many white bottom sneakers but the welt really jumped out to me and made it look recognizable to the brand.  This made me decide that signature textured leather welts was a great way to tie the casual and fashion styles together for this and future collections.
